ABSTRAK
Penggunaan metode assessment center dalam pengelolaan ASN sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan, Akan tetapi, penggunaan assessment center masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, khususnya isu validitas metode tersebut yang berdampak pada pemanfaatan hasil uji kompetensi. Kajian literatur ini akan mengeksplorasi ide-ide dari sejumlah penelitian yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan metode assessment center. Tidak hanya itu, kajian literatur ini juga memberikan sejumlah saran yang dapat dilakukan organisasi untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan assessment center dalam manajemen talenta ASN.

ABSTRACT
The use of the assessment center method in the State Civil Servants management has become a necessity. However, the implementation of assessment center still faces a number of challenges, especially the issue of the validity of the method which has an impact on utilizing the Assessment center’s result. This literature review will explore ideas from a number of studies that can be used to develop the assessment center method. Also, this literature review also provides a number of suggestions that organization could implement to optimize the assessment center utilization in the State Civil Servants Talent Management.
